Setting up Your Health and Wellness Expo

EVENT DATE & TIME 
We need a minimum of 60 days to coordinate an event for your organization. To better promote the event and secure health providers, 90 days is preferred. Staying clear of holiday-shortened weeks and vacation schedules should also be considered.

On-Site Expos
Although health expos can be held on any day of the work week, Monday is the least desirable. A health expo should be held at a time that will ensure the most employee participation. Wrapping the health expo around lunchtime enables employees to attend the health expo prior to and/or after lunch, and ensures better attendance. Starting and finishing times of the health expo are up to your organization, but most commonly, they are wrapped around the lunch hours when employees are able to attend.

Virtual Expos
We will select a Virtual Health Expo launch date, which is the day and time you would like to promote the beginning of the Expo.  We need a minimum of 90-120 days for an on-line event due to the collection of data from our Exhibitors that will be required to insure a high quality experience for your employees.  Unlike on-site Health Expos, this forum allows employees to access the health information for six months at their convenience.

ON-SITE LOCATIONS
The health expo should be held in a location that is well known and convenient to your employees. Depending on space and accessibility, cafeterias, conference rooms and lobbies can be ideal.

PROMOTIONS
To help ensure a well-attended health expo, we ask the host company to help with promoting the event to its employees. We provide fliers, posters, e-fliers, table tents, etc. which you can distribute to different departments and locations throughout your organization. Mentions in company newsletters, message boards and in supervisory meetings are good ways to help promote the event.
