Welcome to Wellington at Springfield!
A Capital Senior Living Community
We are still here for Seniors, providing support and preserving their independence. Now more than ever, we are a vital place for seniors who may otherwise be isolated at home with limited access to resources and assistance.
Socialization
Our community is designed to foster joy. Through organized activities, events, social clubs and personal relationships our residents
benefit from a genuine sense of belonging. Throughout the pandemic, our residents have been less isolated than many seniors living at home. We offer modified activities, deliver meals and snacks and check in multiple times a day.
Physical Health
We provide a safe, homelike environment that supports aging in place. Tailored care plans and coordinated supplemental services help ensure our residents’ health care needs are met. They can participate in daily exercise and wellness classes and enjoy nutritious meals and snacks. While residents have spent more time in their apartments over the past months, our team has been diligent about maintaining the health of our community – assisting with in-apartment and hallway exercises, and delivering snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Engagement
Our goal is to provide meaningful, engaging entertainment. From crafts, music and games to educational seminars and religious services our residents have many opportunities to enjoy hobbies, explore new interests and deepen friendships. Our team continues to coordinate creative ways for residents to stay connected with family, friends and the broader community.
